Prior to training with Hanane, i mainly did cardio and would never have known what to do in a weights area. she taught me about form and how lift weights increase carefully, alongside healthy nutrition. 3 years on, I can confidently walk into a weights area and lift weights I never thought achievable plus I've got definition in muscles I didn't know existed.
